On Wednesday, November 27, 2024, members of the brewing association “UniBrauTechnik e.V.” traveled to the international beverage trade fair “BrauBeviale” in Nuremberg. The training trip in the field of food technology was used to find out about the latest standards in the beverage industry and to get to know new types of hops and malt for the brewing process. Presentations were also given on innovations in packaging, for example
