Today, we were awarded with the new Collaborative Research Center 1357: MICROPLASTICS – Understanding the mechanisms and processes of biological effects, transport and formation: From model to complex systems as a basis for new solutions. In this CRC, we will study the mechanisms of microplastic in cellular systems and investigate the entry paths for plastics from technical plants into the environment as microplastic.
